2017 Theme National Training Program
National Image, Inc., a National Hispanic Organization, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, advocacy organization incorporated in 1972 whose mission is the empowerment of Hispanics through leadership development, by advocating for Employment, Education and Civil Rights. National Image, Inc. works with Federal agencies to promote the recruitment, hiring, retention, development and advancement of Hispanics in the government workforce.
Our 45th Annual NTP will be held September 11-15, 2017 at the Isleta Resort and Casino, Albuquerque, NM. focuses on training that provides government employees, including those involved in the management of Hispanic employment and outreach programs, the education and skills necessary to reach their full leadership potential and to fully manage their employment programs.
The NTP provides workshops in line with OPM/SES Core Qualifications for career development in the Federal workforce. The NTP feature a career fair open to NTP attendees, students participating in the Student Leadership Symposium (approximately 300 per years) and the general public. Federal agencies have the opportunity to share information to students and the public on Federal government employment opportunities.
