WOMAN OF THE YEAR AWARD
National Image is soliciting nominations for the Woman of the Year Award. The Woman of the Year Award honors an individual who has significantly contributed to the Hispanic Community and Federal workforce. Anyone may be submitted for this award. Submit the nomination form and provide a narrative on how the person has made contributions and their significant to the Hispanic community and federal workforce.
HISPANIC EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM MANAGER (HEPM)
National Image Inc. is soliciting nominations for the Hispanic Employment Program Manager (HEPM) of the Year. The HEPM of the Year Award honors an individual who has significantly contributed to increasing Hispanic representation in the federal workforce. Anyone in a HEPM or collateral HEPM/SEPM position who manages the responsibilities and duties of HEPM may be submitted for this award. Submit the nomination form and provide a narrative on how the person has made contributions and their significant results increasing Hispanic representation in the federal workforce.
AGENCY AWARD
National Image Inc. is soliciting nominations for the Federal Agency Award. The Agency Award recognized an agency that demonstrates personal commitment to National Image Inc’s goal of increasing and maintaining the Hispanic workforce representation to be reflective of the relevant labor market; assisting the workforce in overcoming discrimination and eliminating barriers that hinder equal opportunity for Hispanics’ and other minorities in the Federal government. Demonstrated innovative and aggressive Hispanic recruitment programs including partnership with organizations and public schools having a high Hispanic enrollment representation. Agency organized program activities that promote equal opportunity for Hispanics and other minorities in the Federal government through innovative community and educational outreach programs.
Promoting and encouraging agency personnel to participate in program activities benefiting career development of American Indians and promote awareness of Hispanic culture and history. Agency recognizes subordinate employee achievements in recruiting, retaining, and providing career advancement opportunities of Hispanics through publicity and awards. Submit the nomination form and provide a narrative on how the Agency has made contributions and their significant results in the employment of Hispanic through recruitment, hiring, retention and career development.
LEADERSHIP
Support the goals of National Image Inc. by actively displaying exceptional leadership qualities that inspire others to support National Image Inc’s goals and promote support of program amongst agency personnel. Demonstrates personal commitment to National Image Inc’s goal of increasing and maintaining the Hispanics representation in the agency’s workforce and MD-715 program areas including overall representation , recruitment, hiring, promoting and training of Hispanics. Participate as a workshop presenter, mentor and/or advisor to Hispanics emphasis committees and individuals. Submit the nomination form and provide a narrative on how the person has made contributions and their significant to the Hispanic workforce.

The Woman of the Year Award, the Hispanic Employment Program Manager, Agency and Leadership Awards will be presented at the 2021 National Image Inc., 48th National Training Program, CEO Awards and Recognition Reception on September 02, 2021

MILITARY AWARDS
2021 MILITARY UNIFORMED SERVICES & CIVILIAN MERITORIOUS SERVICE AWARDS
We are soliciting nominations for the 2021 Military/Uniformed Services & Civilian Meritorious Service Award. The base period of performance shall be the period October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019 or Calendar Year of 2020.
Purpose: The Military/Uniformed Services & Civilian Meritorious Service Awards honor military/ uniformed services members and civilians, men and women, who have supported their component mission, overseas contingency operations, or whose attributes best epitomized the qualities and core values of their respective component.
Event and Date: The award will be given out at the 2021 National Image Training Program to be held from August 31 – September 03, 2021 at La Quinta Inn and Suites San Antonio Riverwalk, San Antonio, Texas.
Eligibility: One award each to uniformed members of the Air Force Active, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, Army Active, Army Reserve, Army National Guard, Navy Active, Navy Reserve, Marine Corps Active, Marine Corps Reserve, Coast Guard Active, and Coast Guard Reserve. One award each to a civilian of the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Defense Agencies, DOD Field Activities, and Combat Support Agencies. Total awards: Military/Uniformed Services 12 and civilians 8.
Eligibility Period: October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2020 or Calendar Year of 2020.
Submission Deadline: June 30, 2021
