National Image, Inc. will be hosting its 42nd Leadership and Diversity National Training Program (NTP) on the week of September 22 –25, 2014 at the BWI Airport Marriott in Baltimore, Maryland. The theme for this year’s NTP is “Serving the Hispanic Community Through: Leadership, Development, Partnership, and Outreach”. The NTP focuses on training that provides government employees, including those involved in the management of Hispanic employment and outreach programs, the education and skills necessary to reach their full leadership potential and manage their employment programs effectively. The NTP provides workshops in line with OPM/SES Core Qualifications for career development in the Federal workforce.
The low participation of Hispanics and Individuals with Targeted Disability remains an issue in the Federal government, that along with emerging concerns on addressing the LGBT workforce are the reason you should consider sending your EEO/Special Emphasis, Human Resources personnel and employees to the National Image, Inc. Leadership and Diversity National Training Conference.
National Image, Inc. is pleased to announce that once again we will partner with FEDQ, (a LGBT Serving Organization) and FEDS First, (Federal Employees with Disabilities) in hosting this year’s NTP. This collaboration will allow your employees the opportunity to obtain employment information from these groups and National Image, Inc. at a cost saving to your agency.
The annual training program includes a broad spectrum of topics, events and networking opportunities. Programs highlights:
